I have been married to my husband for 35 years, and together we’ve built a family grounded in service, resilience, and commitment. We are proud parents of two sons who both serve in roles focused on protecting and supporting our communities, and we are also blessed with three grandchildren who continually remind me why legacy, leadership, and integrity matter.
In 2016, my husband was diagnosed with A.L.L. Leukemia. It was the hardest season of our lives, and walking through that fight strengthened my resilience, discipline, and ability to remain steady under pressure. I’m grateful to say he is now in complete remission. That experience deepened my perspective and reinforced my belief that strong leadership requires composure, accountability, and purpose.
Earlier in my career, I commuted between Portland and Anchorage for a year to train as a Station Manager — a commitment that reflects how seriously I take growth and responsibility. Even through industry disruption and change, I remained adaptable and focused on performance.
Athletics have shaped much of who I am. From competing in multiple sports to playing volleyball and basketball at the collegiate level and later coaching, I learned the value of preparation, teamwork, and working toward a common goal. Those lessons continue to influence how I lead, sell, and collaborate today.
Whether growing business, leading teams, or supporting my family, I give my full effort. I believe success is built on discipline, shared accountability, and a team committed to doing things the right way.
